Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • Salt
  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 g bacon
  • Caraway seeds
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours

Prepare a yeast dough from the dough ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. After rising, roll out the dough on the baking sheet and let it rise again. For the topping, peel the onions and cut them into cubes or very thin rings. Sauté in oil for about 10 minutes until translucent. Remove from heat, stir in the spices, sour cream, and diced bacon. Spread the topping over the yeast dough base. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
