Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Fat, for the shape
  • 6 large apples, 3 red and 3 green
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ packs of cream stiffener
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the base, mix all the ingredients with a dough hook and transfer to a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes. Place the water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Peel and grate the apples and add them to the lemon water to prevent them from browning. Stir in the sugar and heat the pan on the stovetop. From now on, it is important that the mixture is constantly stirred vigorously with a whisk. Once the mixture has warmed up, gradually add the eggs and custard powder and continue stirring. Bring to a boil briefly, then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Pour the apple mixture onto the base and leave in the springform pan. Beat the whipped cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Pour over the apple mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Chill for a few hours (ideally overnight) and only then remove the pan.
