Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (bought or homemade)
- 200 ml cream
- 1 jar applesauce
- 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
- ½ cream stiffener
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Very easy and quick. And still tastes delicious!
Pour the applesauce into a saucepan and stir in the glaze. Bring to a boil, then let it cool slightly and spread it over the cake base. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and spread it over the completely cooled applesauce. Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate, or add the cream just before serving.
