Fry the bacon and drain. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the cranberries, and pour the batter into a greased casserole dish. Add the cooked bacon. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. This pancake is best eaten with cranberries as a topping. If you have any leftovers, it tastes great with pepper on whole-grain bread.
