Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp potato flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine milk, breadcrumbs, and potato flour and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then add the ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, and diced onion. Mix everything well (if the mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk). With moistened hands, form small balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm and fry in a little oil or margarine. In Sweden, this is served with mashed potatoes with lingonberry jelly or simply with beetroot salad.
