Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 180 g hazelnuts, ground or almonds
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Fold in nuts, breadcrumbs, and baking powder and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 200°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Let cool slightly in the pan.
