Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g raisins
- 300 g oat flakes, fine
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the flour on a plate and add all the other ingredients. Knead into a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little more butter. Chill the dough for a while, then form into balls and flatten. Bake at 175°C/350°F for about 10-15 minutes.
