Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 trout fillets
- 50 g butter
- Salt
- 1 tbsp rye flour
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper. Mix the flour and breadcrumbs and coat the fillets in the flour. Fry the fish in butter on both sides. Serve with mashed potatoes and cranberry jam.
