Ingredients
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 1 bunch Asparagus green
- 4 Eggs size M
- 4 Telly cherry pepper
- 4 Freshly grated nutmeg
- Freshly chopped chives
Instructions
- Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and rinse. Cut the lower third of the asparagus and cut the rest into thin slices, wash.
- Heat a large pan and fry the bacon cubes in it, then add the spring onions and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the asparagus and fry again for 3 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and add one after the other to the asparagus, stir a little and season with pepper and nutmeg! SALT IS NOT NORMALLY NECESSARY BECAUSE OF BACON!
- Then fry for about 10 minutes on a low heat and turn carefully every now and then! Sprinkle with chives and serve! 🙂
