Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small bell pepper(s)
- 100 g pineapple
- 1 onion(s)
- 175 ml water, cold
- 3 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp vinegar
- some salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick and easy
Cut the chicken into strips. Chop the vegetables. Mix the sugar in the water until dissolved. Add the vinegar and cornstarch and stir well until the cornstarch dissolves. Fry the meat and onions in the pan until golden brown. Add the remaining vegetables and season. Pour in the vinegar mixture and stir until thickened. Season to taste and serve with rice.
