Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 1 tsp honey (acacia honey)
- 1 red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 3 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
- 1 tbsp dill, tips
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thinly slice the cucumber and arrange it fan-shaped on a platter or plate. Finely chop the onion and scatter it over the top. Add the chopped chili pepper. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan without fat. Mix the vinegar with the oil and honey. Drizzle the sauce over the cucumbers just before serving. Garnish with the warm pine nuts and scatter the dill sprigs over the top.
