Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (bowls, farfalle)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 300 g peas (frozen)
- 4 tbsp vegetable broth
- 150 g pickled gherkins (mustard gherkins)
- 200 g cheese (Maasdammer)
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 cups of yogurt (full milk) 150 g each
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine)
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- ½ tbsp, levelled sugar
- 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
Instructions

without pull-through time
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Dice bell peppers. Heat broth in a saucepan. Add bell peppers and peas, sauté for about 3 minutes, then let cool. Dice cheese and cucumber, and mix everything in a bowl. For the sauce, combine the ingredients, season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix the sauce into the salad and chill. Let stand for about 1 hour, then season to taste. Serve sprinkled with chives.
