Sweet and sour zucchini

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg zucchini
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), red and yellow
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • Garlic as desired
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 bottle of vinegar (Gherkin Master)
  • ½ liter apple juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 bag of spice mix (pickling spice)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pickled zucchini

Prepare and finely chop the zucchini, bell peppers, onions, and garlic cloves. Add them to a large pot with the stock, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Immediately pour into jars and seal.
