Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg zucchini, cut into pieces
- 500 g red bell pepper(s), cut into pieces
- 500 g onion(s), sliced
- ½ bottle of vinegar (Gherkin Master)
- ½ liter of water
- ½ liter apple juice
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 100 g sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- some dill, if desired

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
can be stored in screw-top jars
Bring the cucumber broth, water, apple and lemon juice, and spices to a boil. Add the chopped vegetables to the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes (the vegetables should still be firm to the bite – taste for details). How large or small you chop the vegetables is a matter of taste. While still piping hot, pour into jars and screw on the lids. Turn the jars upside down to cool.
