Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g raisins
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine all the other ingredients in a batter, then fold in the egg whites last. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 175°C for 1 hour.
