Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 200 ml milk (banana), ready-made product
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 45 minutes

ideal for preparing

Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and make a well in the bowl. Crack the eggs into the flour and pour them onto the edge of the bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the banana milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Bring the mixture to lukewarm and crumble in the yeast. Using a whisk, thoroughly mix the yeast with the milk and then pour the mixture into the flour well. Knead the dough using a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook. The dough is ready when it comes away cleanly from the sides of the bowl. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise in the refrigerator until the next day or the day after. On the day of breakfast, divide the dough into about 16 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C. Now flatten or score the yeast balls slightly and bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.
