Sweet cinnamon kefir rolls

Ingredients for 9 servings:

  • 340 g spelt flour, type 630
  • 150 ml kefir
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 1 ml flavoring (butter vanilla flavoring)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g juice (agave syrup)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 25 g vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg(s),
  • 10 g cinnamon powder
  • 1 ml flavoring, orange
  • Almond flakes
  • Milk, for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead all the dough ingredients together. Drop a tablespoonful of dough onto a baking sheet. Brush with milk and scatter the almond flakes over the dough. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Brush with milk occasionally. Makes approximately 9 rolls. One roll weighs approximately 65 g (200 kcal).
