Ingredients for 9 servings:
- 340 g spelt flour, type 630
- 150 ml kefir
- 7 g baking powder
- 1 ml flavoring (butter vanilla flavoring)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g juice (agave syrup)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 25 g vegetable oil
- 1 large egg(s),
- 10 g cinnamon powder
- 1 ml flavoring, orange
- Almond flakes
- Milk, for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead all the dough ingredients together. Drop a tablespoonful of dough onto a baking sheet. Brush with milk and scatter the almond flakes over the dough. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Brush with milk occasionally. Makes approximately 9 rolls. One roll weighs approximately 65 g (200 kcal).
