- 180 ml coconut milk
- 80 g couscous
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp sugar or vanilla sugar, if desired
- 1 tsp rum, if desired
- 1 banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the coconut milk to a boil, remove from the heat, and stir in the couscous. Let it sit for a few minutes. Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Stir the banana, cinnamon, and—if desired—sugar and rum into the couscous. Enjoy warm.
