Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g rice pudding
- 35 g sugar
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- Sugar and some cinnamon, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the banana in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Then let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Peel and slice the banana. When the rice pudding is ready, arrange the banana slices on top of the rice and sprinkle with a little sugar and, if desired, cinnamon.
