Ingredients

  • 750 g Quark
  • 375 ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 40 g Cornstarch
  • 250 g Glass fruit - cherry or plum
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • First, let the fruit from the glass (cherries or plums) drain well in a sieve. Then mix the quark, milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla sugar together well until the mixture is even. Incidentally, preheat the oven to 170 ° / convection. The drained fruit is then folded into the curd mixture and then filled into a casserole or cake pan. Now place the filled form in the preheated oven for a good 45 minutes. It's best to test with a toothpick in between to see if the casserole is done. After the baking time, let the casserole cool down for about 15 minutes. Enjoy the meal
