Onion Mince Steaks
The perfect onion mince steaks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Medium-Sized onions
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 2 El Breadcrumbs
- 3 El Medium hot mustard
- 2 tsp Dried marjoram
- Salt pepper
- 8 Discs Breakfast bacon
- 2 El Oil
- Possibly wooden skewers
- Peel the onions. Roughly dice 2, cut into rings once. Knead the mince, onion cubes, egg, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons mustard and spices. Shape into 8 steaks. Wrap with bacon and pin it if necessary.
- Heat the oil, fry the minced meat in it for about 15 minutes. Brown the onion rings about 5 minutes before the end of the roasting time.
- Garnish with mustard and onions. Brussels sprouts and boiled potatoes go well with this.
