Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 25 g dry yeast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. jam
  • e.g. Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

for 24 pieces

Mix the flour with the dried yeast, sugar, salt, egg, and oil. Knead with the milk to form a dough and let it rest for one hour. Then divide the dough into three equal parts. Shape one of these three into a ball and roll it out like a pizza. Cut the dough into 6 pieces like a pizza. This will give you 6 triangles, each of which you spread some jam or Nutella on. Take the thicker end of the triangle and roll it up. Place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C. Repeat with the remaining dough.
