Sweet Hot Curry Sauce
The perfect sweet hot curry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 ml Tomato juice
- 150 ml Orange juice
- 100 g Diced onion
- 100 g Green or yellow peppers, diced
- 50 g Papaya, diced
- 100 g Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Curry spice mix, see my KB
- 1 tsp Paprika spice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Potato starch
- 4 tbsp Apricot jam
- 50 g Diced apple
- Chop fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices well and puree together with the other things in the blender. Heat slowly in a saucepan and serve with grilled items, French fries and vegetables.
