Sweet Hot Curry Sauce

The perfect sweet hot curry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 ml Tomato juice
  • 150 ml Orange juice
  • 100 g Diced onion
  • 100 g Green or yellow peppers, diced
  • 50 g Papaya, diced
  • 100 g Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp Curry spice mix, see my KB
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Potato starch
  • 4 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 50 g Diced apple
  1. Chop fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices well and puree together with the other things in the blender. Heat slowly in a saucepan and serve with grilled items, French fries and vegetables.
