Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Elisen gingerbread with chocolate icing
  • 3 tbsp Kirsch
  • 1 glass Sour cherries from the glass
  • 1 cup Cream
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Remove the wafers from the gingerbread (not required), then chop the gingerbread and place in a dessert bowl. Drizzle with the kirsch. Drain the cherries and distribute them on the gingerbread. (cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours)
  • Whip the cream firmly and spread it over the cherries. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings just before serving and enjoy 🙂
