Delicious Gingerbread Dessert
The perfect delicious gingerbread dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Elisen gingerbread with chocolate icing
- 3 tbsp Kirsch
- 1 glass Sour cherries from the glass
- 1 a cup Cream
- Grated chocolate
- Remove the wafers from the gingerbread (not required), then chop the gingerbread and place in a dessert bowl. Drizzle with the kirsch. Drain the cherries and distribute them on the gingerbread. (cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours)
- Whip the cream firmly and spread it over the cherries. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings just before serving and enjoy 🙂
