Ingredients for 4 servings:
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. rosemary
- 2 tsp honey
- 10 slices of salami
- 50 cm baguette(s)
- 100 g arugula
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- e.g. sea salt
- n. B. Pepper, black
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 bunch of cress
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the rosemary and honey. Cut the salami into strips, add them to the pan, and toast them. Dice the baguette and add it to the pan until golden brown, then set aside and let it cool. Wash the arugula and halve the cherry tomatoes. In a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and a little more olive oil, then stir to combine. Combine everything, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cress, and serve.
