Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 75 g raisins
  • 75 g apricot(s), dried
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 2 packs of vanilla sauce powder
  • 700 ml milk
  • 175 g lasagna sheet(s)
  • 75 g almond flakes
  • powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the apple and pear and remove the cores. Cut the fruit into pieces. Wash, core, and roughly chop the apricots. Peel and slice the bananas. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the apples, pears, bananas, raisins, and apricots with the lemon juice. Make a thick sauce from the milk, sugar, and vanilla sauce powder. Grate the zest from the orange and squeeze out the juice. Add a quarter of it to the vanilla sauce. Mix the rest into the fruit. Place alternating layers of fruit and lasagna sheets in an ovenproof dish. Pour the vanilla sauce over the lasagna. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 35 minutes. Then scatter the almond flakes over the lasagna and bake for another 10 minutes. Dust the finished lasagna with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
