Ingredients
- 50 g Tender oatmeal
- 50 g Soft wheat semolina
- 2 Ripe medium bananas
- Cinnamon
- 2 Plums
Instructions
- Jammi delicious and made so quickly, whether for breakfast or coffee, just give it a try.
- Finely mash the bananas with a fork.
- Then add the semolina and the oat flakes with the cinnamon and mix
- Halve the plums, remove the stone and cut into thin slices.
- Now you have the choice how you prepare it, I did it in the Actifry which is nothing more than a hot air oven. But it also works in the pan or in the oven.
- Use a spoon to put about 8 flat blobs in the pan / Actifry that has been brushed out with a little oil, work with baking paper in the oven.
- Then spread the plums on top.
- 8th oven: 160C convection about 5-7 minutes I think ................ pan: put the lid on and over medium heat for about 10 minutes ........... ... Actifry: 5 min.
