Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 80 g marzipan paste
  • 300 g pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and let them cool slightly. Pick the mint, wash the leaves, and pat them dry. Place the mint leaves in a tall blender with the maple syrup. Add the pine nuts and marzipan pieces and blend with a hand blender.
