Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of flour tortilla(s), small (6 pieces)
  • 6 slice(s) turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 1 jar dressing (Sylter salad dressing)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (spring herbs) for sprinkling

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly heat the tortillas in the oven according to the instructions. Chop the lettuce and cucumber into small pieces, and drain the corn. Brush the tortillas with the salad dressing and place the turkey or chicken breast on the top half. Spread the lettuce, corn, and cucumber on top (not too much, but you’ll quickly get a feel for how much will work). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and the herbs. Fold the bottom third upwards, then roll up and secure with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight; this will make the dough nice and soft and moist. Prepare the day before. Perfect for on the go. Tip: The wraps can also be filled with tomatoes, tuna, peppers, and other ingredients.
