Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 1 roll
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 350 g sour cherries, from the jar
- 200 g cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 g nougat (nut nougat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the pasta. Cut the bread rolls into thin slices and line a greased baking dish with them. Spread the pasta on the bread rolls, mix in the toasted nuts, and add the drained cherries. Heat the cream and sugar, dissolve the nougat in the cream, and stir in the eggs. Stir in the eggs and pour the mixture over the pasta. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
