Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- some lemon(s), zest
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp raisins or fresh fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain well. Grease a baking dish well and add the pasta. Combine the eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, sugar, and cream and pour over the pasta, stirring in the raisins. Sprinkle small knobs of butter evenly over the pasta and bake at 200°C for 30-45 minutes. Serve with the compote.
