Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread
  • ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fried egg on bread

Place a large slice of farmhouse bread on the plate. Spread with ketchup to taste. Fry the three eggs in a little fat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and plenty of curry powder (as with a currywurst). Place the cooked eggs on the bread.
