Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of ladyfingers, sugared
- 6 tbsp Amaretto
- 2 cans of peaches
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 bag of almond flakes
- 1 cup of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Grease a baking dish with butter, place the sponge fingers tightly together, sugar-side up, and drizzle with Amaretto. Then arrange the well-drained peach halves on top, cut-side down. Whisk the milk with the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar well and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle the almonds on top and bake the casserole at 180°C (fan oven) for 40 minutes. Divide the dish into portions and top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
