Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 liter of milk, boiling
- 1 can peach(s), drained
- 100 g rusks, ground
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 60 g butter, melted
- some fat for the pot
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Boil the milk in a saucepan. Grease the pan well beforehand to prevent it from burning. Add the pasta and vanilla sugar to the boiling milk and cook. Drain the pasta after cooking and pour it into a greased quiche or casserole dish. Place the drained peaches on top. Mix the ground rusks with the sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter, and spread over the peach pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
