sweet and delicious as a dessert

Preheat the oven with a pizza steel or pizza stone on the top rack at 250°C for about 45 minutes. Halve the pear, remove the core, and slice thinly. Remove the edges of the Taleggio (Italian soft cheese) and dice the cheese. Roll out the pizza dough ball thinly into a circle to a diameter of about 30 cm. Brush the dough thinly with olive oil, spread the diced Taleggio on the dough, and arrange the pear slices on top. Scatter the grated Pecorino and the torn sage leaves on top. Finally, drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper. Bake the pizza on the pizza steel in the hot oven for 3-4 minutes, or on the pizza stone for about 6-8 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
