  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 7 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tbsp lemon(s), grated peel
  • ¾ tsp nutmeg
  • 420 g flour, type 405
  • ½ tsp dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add the ingredients one by one to the bread maker. Select the white or sweet bread program, browning level: light, size: medium, or 750 g.
