Sweet Pot Noodles
The perfect sweet pot noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Curd
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Semolina
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Butter
- Cinammon
- Drain the curd as best it can. (The less moisture there is in the pot, the less flour you need for kneading.)
- Mix the curd cheese with the eggs. Add salt as well. Put semolina under the mass – this also binds moisture.
- Now shape the mixture with flour into a firm ball. It depends on the humidity of the pot whether more or less flour is needed. Therefore, the information in this recipe is only an “approximate information”.
- Now put the dough in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
- Now shape the dough into small rolls. First make a larger one and then cut off smaller pieces and shape them into rolls again.
- Soak these rolls in very lightly salted, flowing (not boiling) water for about 5 to 10 minutes.
This is how you proceed for final assembly
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the sugar to the butter and let it melt slowly.
- Now slowly stir in the breadcrumbs. Now just add the finished pasta to the pan and stir.
- Now just arrange and enjoy – whether as a main course or dessert – it is always very tasty and easy to make.
