Ingredients
 

  • 1 Apple Elstar
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sultanas
  • 1 tbsp Calvados
  • The remaining potato noodles from yesterday about 150 grams
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • Mint fresh

Instructions
 

  • Quarter and peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lime. Mix the juice with the apple. Melt the butter in a pan. Braise the apple in it. Sprinkle sugar over it and let it caramelize. Add the sultanas and calvados. Bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove. Let cool down.
  • Fry the potato noodles in hot butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and stir in.
  • Serve the potato noodles together with the calvados apple. Garnish with fresh mint.
