Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 cl vegetable broth
- 200 g sweet potatoes
- 40 g garlic, smoked if possible
- 40 g butter
- Sea salt and pepper
- n. B. Harissa
- n. B. Coriander leaves

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Simple and with few ingredients
Peel the sweet potatoes and dice them. Peel the garlic cloves. Cook in the vegetable broth for about 20 minutes. Blend with an immersion blender, adding the butter as you go. Season to taste with sea salt, pepper, and harissa. Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander before serving. Tip: I prefer smoked garlic for this sweet potato soup and add a little spice.
