Sweet Potato Brownie

The perfect sweet potato brownie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Sweet potato, peeled raw
  • 65 g Banana
  • 25 g Casein (e.g. ESN hazelnut)
  • 14 g Melt flakes (e.g. Kölln spelled oats)
  • 11 g Baking cocoa
  • 100 g Egg white
  • 5 g Baking powder
  1. Boil the sweet potato until soft.
  2. Mix the sweet potato and banana well with a hand mixer or hand mixer.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
  4. Optionally, Schuko drops or fruits can also be added.
  5. Place parchment paper in a baking pan and spread the batter on top.
  6. Depending on the thickness of the dough, bake for about 25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
