Sweet Potato Brownie
The perfect sweet potato brownie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Sweet potato, peeled raw
- 65 g Banana
- 25 g Casein (e.g. ESN hazelnut)
- 14 g Melt flakes (e.g. Kölln spelled oats)
- 11 g Baking cocoa
- 100 g Egg white
- 5 g Baking powder
- Boil the sweet potato until soft.
- Mix the sweet potato and banana well with a hand mixer or hand mixer.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
- Optionally, Schuko drops or fruits can also be added.
- Place parchment paper in a baking pan and spread the batter on top.
- Depending on the thickness of the dough, bake for about 25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
