Tarte Flambée without Flour

The perfect tarte flambée without flour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 30 g Ground almonds
  • 3 piece Eggs (M)
  • 200 g Grained cream cheese
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • 75 g Lean ham cubes
  • 3 piece Spring onion
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the crème fraîche, ham and spring onions in a bowl until you get a smooth dough. Preheat your oven to around 180 degrees. Grab a baking sheet and parchment paper (attention: no foil – that goes wrong) and grease it well with oil – even if it is non-stick coated. The floor can stick really hard because there is no flour in it. Put the dough on the paper and spread it out thinly. Then put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. The dough must then be well dried on top.
  2. Cut the spring onions into pretty rings. Take out the tray and spread the creme fraîche on the hot floor. Then sprinkle the onions and ham on top and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes. Again at 180 degrees. Finally, take out the tin and enjoy it. enjoy the meal!
