Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into French fries. (For two people, I use 2-3 sweet potatoes.) Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with a little oil, and bake at 200-210°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to burn them; sweet potatoes cook faster in the oven than regular potatoes. The French fries taste great even without seasoning, but they really develop their amazing flavor when sprinkled with a pinch of salt after baking. The potatoes can also be sprinkled with salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, or something similar before baking, but I don’t think this is necessary.
