Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-sized sweet potato(s)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 jar chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of paprika powder
- Salt
- pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick, vegetarian
Dice the sweet potato and boil for 10 minutes until soft. Drain the water. Drain the chickpeas and place them in a bowl with the sweet potato cubes. Add the remaining ingredients and puree with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper.
