Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Spätzle, homemade, cooked
- 200 g mountain cheese, Allgäu and Emmental, grated
- 100 g fried onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Layer the spaetzle and cheese in the raclette pans. Place the pans under the raclette grill and wait until the cheese has melted. Top with some fried onions and serve.
