Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,500 g sweet potatoes
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- Chili flakes from the mill
- Salt

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
very simple and delicious
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes and onion. Boil everything in a pot of salted water. When the potatoes are soft after 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces, drain the water. Add the lemon juice and butter and mash everything into a puree. Season with curry, chili, and salt.
