Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 small sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp rosemary, dried
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 liter Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp parsley leaves, fresh, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 55 minutes
The day before, prepare a dip from cream yogurt, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, sugar, parsley, and chives and let it soak overnight. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges. Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for 40 minutes.
