Preparation takes about 10 minutes, but you’ll need to freeze the banana about 6 hours in advance. Preparation: Take a freezer bag, peel the banana, break it into 4 pieces, place the banana pieces in the freezer bag, seal it, and place it in the freezer. Preparation: Take the banana out of the freezer and place it, along with the cocoa, in a blender or a container that can be blended. Blend the banana and cocoa. Done! Tip: If the banana is too hard, briefly blow-dry it on the highest setting.
