Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 30 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- e.g. fruit (banana, pear, apple, raspberries,…)
- e.g. sweets (Schokobon’s, Snickers, Bounty, Mars, roasted almonds,…)
- e.g. Nutella
- e.g. whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, separate the eggs. Using a hand mixer, beat the three egg yolks with the three tablespoons of sugar, the melted butter, the sachet of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until frothy. Then, sift the 200g of flour and add it to the first ingredients. Gradually add the 200ml of milk and mix until smooth. Beat the remaining three egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Now fill the raclette pans with the batter and top with fruit or sweets, if desired, and bake in the raclette until golden brown. Finally, top the pancakes with Nutella and cream. The baking time depends on the amount of batter and the ingredients in the pans.
