Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 15 plums or prunes
- 1 apple
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of yogurt
- some cinnamon
- Sugar
- 1 handful of nuts, e.g. walnuts or almond flakes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a dream of autumn fruits and cream
First, pit the plums or prunes and dice them. Dice the apple and pear as well, and place the pieces of fruit into a glass bowl. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the yogurt, and season to taste with cinnamon and sugar. Pour the finished cream over the fruit. Roast the nuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then sprinkle over the cream.
