Pancakes with Apple Rings

The perfect pancakes with apple rings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 small Apples
  1. Mix the ingredients and bake the dough in a pan. Core and slice the apples. When the dough is half-baked, place the apple rings on top, let them bake a little and then turn them over on the other side.
  1. Serve the pancakes with a little sugar and cinnamon. Also very tasty for breakfast with muesli in the batter!
